Darling you are all I ever wanted love to be -- e.s

“It’s gonna be so easy... for us to fall in love.” Frank Sinatra’s lyrics rang so true on one of the most imperfectly perfect day for Audrey and Austin’s wedding.

From the most stunning dress to the funniest bridal party, the day was filled with love and laughter.

There may have been some delays getting there and even some dj surprises but the two of them took everything on the chin with a smile because why not? They just tied the knot. They fell madly in love with their best friend and couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds.

During our meetings before the magical day of September 1st, we chatted about style and colors and how the day would go. But really all I saw with these two was how they appreciated each other and how it reminded me how spontaneous love can come about. Listening to them speak about how they met and future plans couldn’t be more inspiring. It was so cute to watch their faces light up every time they talked about married life.

We bonded over sushi many times and even when we talk about our final meeting I know where we will be going. I bring this up because what’s more fun than being able to really get to know your clients. I feel this is very important and I have to confess it’s my favorite part of being a photographer.

Back to the blushing bride and groom...

The big day came and I could see that there weren’t any nerves. They were ready. I went from Austin to Audrey as I captured the getting ready photos. I was blessed to witness sentimental moments. I had to hold back my emotions when Austin surprised his beautiful bride with a book he made special for her that was their love story, from the day they met to the day they were to be married. Let me tell you, if I wasn’t there for my job I would have been a blubbering mess.

The walk down the aisle... The radiance of pride and happiness from dad was just more than words. As he gave Audrey away they embraced in such a hug that books should be written about how dads should love their children.

The ceremony... These two... Those looks... The most perfect weather... The most beautiful vows... ugh what more can you ask for. Laughs, tears, and excitement felt from every single person witnessing the day

Quiet moments... Some of my favorite parts of the day were tender little moments that many people would over look. Austin helped Audrey down the stairs from the ceremony space and it just was breathtaking. He ensured she had a helping hand and this act of just pure kindness was just the icing on the cake. He held her hand, her dress and her shoes throughout the next hour as we walked around the grounds to get just the perfect shots. He catered to her every need and want. Girls... this is a real man taking care of the love of his life.

The reception...Watching the glances from across the room as they chatted with family and friends at the reception made me just swoon for this couple. I was watching a movie unfold right before my eyes. The whole movement of the room stopped just for a few seconds as one would catch the loving gaze of the other. They lived in these small moments. They may not have seemed long to others who were chatting and eating but to me it was that scene where the music drowns out the chatter, the couple stands still while everyone else around turns to a blurred version, and where for just that one second all that could be said is said with just their eyes.

As the night moved towards the real fun, I could see the two families mixing and merging. They were becoming one. This is another one of those special moments that I am very blessed to witness. I was also lucky enough to mingle with the guests and see first hand how happy they were that these two found each other. All I heard all night was how lucky are they. They are so perfect together. They compliment each other just so that I couldn't be more excited for them. And I couldn't agree more with them.

As my night concluded I did my last check in with both bride and groom. I wanted to thank them for the opportunity to share in this day with them and how much I have enjoyed them both.

I couldn't be more excited for them and the life they will lead. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Congratulations!

I am so honored that you chose me to be apart of your stunning day. You are so incredibly beautiful together. I wish you all the happiness in the world and hope you have just the most wonderfully blessed life.
